place where you can be YOURSELF.
Our mission is to support men in today’s fast-paced world to find their way back to their true selves and to become capable of living a fulfilled, authentic life. To rediscover and embody what it means to live as a responsible, free, and generative man.
We believe that becoming a man doesn’t just happen by itself. It is a path, one that must be walked, practiced, and forged through shared challenges with other men.
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
How we work
We don’t offer theory, we offer experience.
We combine modern self-awareness and body-oriented methods with the traditions of ancient male initiations.
We don’t idealize the past or the future, we work in the here and now.
Why this matters
Because what a man feels, thinks, and the decision he makes affects everything around him. His relationship, his children, his community, the world.
Men have the power to create. They have the power to change what they no longer wish to carry forward. Everything we need is already within us.
That is why it is essential to reconnect with ourselves, with our feelings, and with our power. Because a man who takes responsibility for himself does not drift, he leads.
We live in a time, when it is needed more than ever.
I am Gábor Windt, founder and facilitator of All Male Area, a self-awareness cirlce for men.
I’ve dedicated the past fifteen years to my personal journey of self-discovery. In the beginning, I was simply looking for answers — why do certain situations keep repeating in my life, how do I relate to others, and who am I without all of that?
Eight years ago, I started working with body-based approaches such as Internal Core dynamics, Shadow Work, and Compassionate Inquiry. Through this work, I’ve learned that words matter, clear boundaries mean value, and taking responsibility is not a burden, but it is a source of power.
I have spent time in Buddhist monasteries in India and Nepal, where I practiced meditation and learned from the tradition. These experiences brought a sense of calm, focus, and patience into my everyday life. Today, I walk a ritual path inspired by the North American Indigenous Red Road, enriched by healing practices from South America and Africa.
For the past four years, leading men’s circles has been my calling. In these circles, we do not try to fix each other, we remind one another that everything we need is already within us. I am also an active participant and trainee in two international men’s organizations: Sacred Sons and the ManKind Project.
In my personal life, I am a father of two daughters and live in a loving, supportive relationship. My family is not separate from my inner work, they are part of it. Every day, they remind me that presence is not an idea, but a practice of each moment.
