THE TRIBE – Closed Men’s Circles
The closed groups are the deepest and most committed spaces within AMA. They are small circles of men for those who do not wish to grow in theory, but to live it, embody it, and walk the path of change in their daily lives.
Here, presence is not optional, it is the foundation. Trust is not expected, it is practiced. This is
where men’s work becomes a habit, a brotherhood, a way of life.
Through regular gatherings, members deepen their self-knowledge, learn and embody the core structures of AMA and experience what it means to stand as a man – mature, responsible, and clear – in their decisions, their relationships, and their relationship to themselves.
This space goes beyond the individual process work: the community’s strength to hold, to mirror, and to challenge supports each man not merely to “feel better,” but to be different, to show up in life in a new way.
Entry unfolds through a guided, step-by-step process. Participation in The Encampment is the first requirement, followed by a multi-session initiation phase in which mutual commitment lays the foundation for long-term work together.
A closed circle is not a course, not a program, but a living community. For those who seek not only to see their strength, but to live it.
